摘要
在甘肃省构建和谐社会的过程中,人才将起到至关重要的作用,因此必须要正确认识甘肃省人才政策中存在的问题,积极推进人才政策的改革,营造一个良好的人才环境,加快引进和培养高素质人才和加快人才制度建设。
Intellectuals will play an important role in the course of Gansu＇s building harmonious society. We should have right attitudes towards the problems in Gansu＇s intellectual policy, propel the reform and establish a good environment in order to attract and train high-level intellectuals.
