屏蔽暂堵工艺在气井修井上的应用评价 被引量:3

摘要 随着气藏压力逐年下降,气层抗污染能力逐渐减弱。为了减少修井过程中的储层损害,文章介绍了气井屏蔽暂堵工艺。开发的屏蔽暂堵剂YLZ-I具有良好的流变性和可泵性,固化时间可根据需要调节,性能稳定,强度高,解堵后地层渗透率恢复值不低于95%。文92-47等井的现场应用表明,该工艺简单易行,在气井修井过程中能暂时封堵气层,修井结束后成功解堵,有效地保护气层。 With dropping of pressure in gas reservoir year by year,power on with pollution of gas zone declined by inches.In order to lessen harm to reservoir in well workover process,this article introduces the technology of shielding and temporary plugging on gas well.And shielding and temporary plugging agent has good rheological characteristics and pumpability,congelation time can adjust in light of need,which is steady in performance,high in strength.In-place permeability can be recovered no than 95% after it is broken dawn by the agent.Field application in Well Wen 92-47 indicates that the technology is easy to operate,can be valid and temporary to plug in well workover process,succeed to break down after well workover finished,and protect gas reservoir validly.
