摘要
对余热锅炉腐蚀进行了热力学分析,得出:在高温化学腐蚀中,当硫通过金属表面形成的保护性极差的硫化物时,腐蚀加速;在低温电化学腐蚀中,硫通过控制阴极反应来影响腐蚀速度.此外,还提出了相应防范硫蚀的措施.
This paper has analysed corrosion of waste-heat boiler,and pointed out that in chemical corrosion at high-temperature, sulphur quickens corrosion when sulphur goes through less protective sulphide on the metal surface and in low-temperature electro chemical corrosion,sulphur affects corrosion speed by controlling cathodic reaction.Some corresponding antisulphur corrosion measures are also presented.
