摘要
执政文化是社会文化的灵魂,引领着社会文化的方向,并成为民众行为的重要导向。执政文化建设是一项艰巨的、复杂的系统工程,其中执政价值观、执政制度、执政主体是三个最重要的维度,加强这三个方面的建设是进行执政文化建设的最基本的要求。
Reign culture, as the soul of social culture, guides the social culture and people＇ s activity. Its construction, as a complicated task, consists of the three aspects： sense of reign value, reign system and reign main body. The strengthening of the above aspects is the basic requirement for the reign construction.
