摘要
国有大型企业的联合与重组,是当前国有企业改革的重点和焦点。在强强联合的过程中,企业文化的融合成为重组企业得以生存与健康发展的关键点之一。通过对企业文化本质的阐述,在对其特点分析的基础上,认为重组企业的文化融合要遵循规律,循序渐进。
The alliance and restructuring of state-owned enterprises is the key to the enterprise reform in China. In this process, the enterprise cultural amalgamation becomes one of the key factors for the survival and healthy development of the enterprises. On the basis of the analysis of the characteristics of cultural amalgamation, the article expounds the its nature and emphasizes that it is required to follow the rules in the gradual development.
