摘要
电力传输网络的物理约束对寡头竞争性电力市场中发电商市场力行为的研究提出了特殊问题。本文运用解析的方法直接求解发电商的纳什均衡最优供给函数。另外,本文提出了产生于网络结构特征和网络线路阻塞状况的两类指数以用来评估发电商的优势位置(location privilege,LP)特性和网络市场力(network market power,NMP)特性。仿真结果表明所提出的方法能够从轻重缓急的角度出发,针对发电商的优势位置和网络市场力程度大小对网络传输线路进行排序, 从而有助于市场监管者甄别市场力行为,发现网络传输薄弱环节。
The network physical constraints pose very specific problems to market power analysis in the oligopoly electricity markets. The authors addresse an analytic method to solve the supply function equilibrium model. Particularly, two kinds of useful index are proposed to evaluate the suppliers' location privilege (LP) and network market power (NMP) resulted from the influences of the network configuration and constrained transmission line. The simulation results show that the proposed method can give, from the emergency point of view, the ranking order of the grid lines with respect to the possible LP characters and NMP behaviors of the supply side, which may help the market regulator to focus on the network weakness in terms of the possible outcomes from the market power behaviors from the supply side.
