摘要
目的:为重建屈肘功能时,对移位肌肌张力的调整提供依据。方法:设计屈肘功能重建模型,分别测定胸大肌、背阔肌、肱三头肌和胸锁乳突肌4块肌肉,移位时对应不同止点、不同屈肘范围所需滑行长度。结果:移位肌所需滑行长度,因止点和屈肘范围不同而有显著差别。结论:移位肌张力的调整,以移位后长度等于原静止长度为准,此时肘关节的角度即为术后制动的位置。
To provide basis for muscular tension adjustment in reconstructing elbow flexion, we measured the excursions needed of transferred pectoralis major muscle, latissimus dorsi muscle, triceps muscle or sternomastoid muscle for reconstructing elbow flexion in experimental models. The results showed that the necessary excursions of transferred muscles were different with the changes of insertions or ranges of elbow movement. We suggest that the length of muscles after transfer should equal to its rest length before transfer, and the elbow should be immobilized at the corresponding angle.
