摘要
从劳动力流动的成本和收益的度量出发,构造了一个劳动力流动的成本——收益分析模型,通过模型来确定劳动力流动的最优规模,并从宏观和微观两个方面对影响劳动力流动规模的因素进行了分析。
This article embarks from the cost and income measure of mobile labor force, constructs a cost - income analytical model of mobile labor force , and tries to determine the optimum scale of mobile labor force by the model.It tries to analyze the factors which affect the mobile labor force scale from macroscopic and the microscopic aspects.
