摘要
利用手机短信实施诈骗犯罪是当前经济领域犯罪的新动向。这类诈骗案件呈现出与传统诈骗不同的特点,给公安机关的侦查工作带来许多新的难点。为了有效遏制短信诈骗案件高发的势头,侦查人员必须掌握手机短信诈骗案件的规律和特点,强化侦查手段,同时加强与社会各界的协作配合。
It is a new tendency of the present economic domain crime of utilizlng the cellphone message to bilk. This kind of bilk case appears different characteristics with the traditional bilk case, and brings a lot of new difficult points to investigation of the public security organ. Por prevent message bilk case from happening effectively, investigator must know the laws and characteristics of using cell means and cooperation with the various circles phone to bilk case, strengthen investigation of society at the same time.
