细胞S期激酶相关蛋白2与头颈部肿瘤
摘要
细胞S期激酶相关蛋白2(Sphase kinase associated protein 2,Skp2)是细胞周期关键性的调控因子,作为新发现的癌基因,在多数恶性肿瘤中有高表达,Skp2表达水平高低与肿瘤的恶性程度及预后相关。文章就Skp2特点及与头颈部肿瘤的关系做一综述。
