脑源性神经营养因子基因修饰的嗅鞘细胞移植对大鼠损伤脊髓的保护作用 被引量:9

摘要 我们以重组缺陷型腺病毒为载体,将脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)基因转染的嗅鞘细胞移植入大鼠损伤的脊髓,观察脊髓修复和肢体功能恢复情况,为将来应用基因工程细胞移植治疗脊髓损伤提供依据。
