髓芯减压并自体干细胞移植治疗早期股骨头坏死的疗效观察 被引量:13

Treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head by core decompression and autograft of mesenchymal stem cells

摘要 目的髓芯减压治疗早期股骨头缺血性坏死的同时,进行自体骨髓间充质干细胞移植,随访观察其疗效观察。方法根据ARCO分期,选取早期股骨头坏死病例19例,其中I期8例,II期6例,III期5例,在实施髓芯减压术的同时植入体外分离获得的骨髓间充质干细胞。结果经1年随访及磁共振检查,股骨头坏死体积由31.88%降至13.18%,Harris评分显著提高。结论髓芯减压并自体干细胞移植安全、有效,对早期股骨头坏死患者不失为一种理想的治疗选择。 Objective To observe the therapeutic effect on the treatment of avascular necrosis of femoral head by core decompression with autograft of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs). Methods Nineteen patients with avascular necrosis of femoral head, including 8 cases of phase Ⅰ, 6 cases of phase Ⅱ and 5 cases of phase Ⅲ based on ARCO classification, were treated with core decompression with autograft of MSCs. Results The patients were followed up for one year. The average ratio of necrosis zone diminished from 31.88% to 13. 18%. The Harris hip score was increased significantly. Conclusion The treatment of core decompression with autograft of MSCs is safe and effective, and it deserves to application in early necrosis of femoral head.
