摘要
为了了解半冬性小麦矮源开95016的遗传特性,2003—2005年对开95006的遗传特性进行初步分析,从开95016(株高50cm)与7个高杆亲本(平均株高75cm)杂交F1株高结果可知,开95016矮杆基因为隐性遗传。从以矮源为母本的正交及其反交F1株粒重结果可知以矮源为母本的正交,且父本为分蘖力强,多穗,中杆类型的品种,F1杂种优势最强。
In order to study the hereditary characters of the wheat K95016 which is a dwarf resource of the winter wheat, preliminary analysis on the wheat has been made in these years from 2003 to 2005. From the result of F1 that is achieved by genetically hybridizing K95016 (with its heigh of 50cm ) and seven other origins. (with its average height of 75cm), Dwarf genes of K95016 is recessive hereditary material. Through cross cut and reciprocal cross. The crossbred F1 is made by hybridizing its matriarchal origin which is the dwarf resource and its paternal origin with middle height characteristic of strong effective tillering, more ears. F1 possesses an advantage over other kinds is shown in the detailed research of its crossbred advantage of grain weight of plant.
