摘要
心肌梗死（简称心梗）后室性心动过速（简称室速）是疤痕相关性室速，发生机制为折返。常规消融治疗时可采取体表心电图定位；起博、激动、拖带标测相结合的方法，消融成功率在67％～93％。三维标测系统可弥补常规消融的不足，进一步了解室速的机制和与疤痕组织的火系，其振幅标测和线性消融扩大了对室速冶疗的范围和提高了成功率。
