心肌梗死后室性心动过速的消融治疗 被引量:3

摘要 心肌梗死(简称心梗)后室性心动过速(简称室速)是疤痕相关性室速,发生机制为折返。常规消融治疗时可采取体表心电图定位;起博、激动、拖带标测相结合的方法,消融成功率在67%~93%。三维标测系统可弥补常规消融的不足,进一步了解室速的机制和与疤痕组织的火系,其振幅标测和线性消融扩大了对室速冶疗的范围和提高了成功率。
