摘要
以丙烯酸为主要单体合成了反渗透阻垢剂YSW-21。通过静态实验法研究了YSW-21对CaSO4的阻垢性能及影响因素。在Ca2+质量浓度为7 067m g/L、SO24-质量浓度为7 000m g/L、YSW-21加入量为8m g/L时,YSW-21对CaSO4的阻垢率达91%;在25℃、YSW-21加入量仅为4m g/L时的作用效果长达102h以上;在7 500m g/L的高Ca2+质量浓度下,YSW-21的阻垢性能优于常用进口阻垢剂大湖135。
Scale-inhibitor YSW-21 for reverse osmosis(RO)system was synthesized using acrylic acid as main monomer. Its CaSO4-inhibiting performance and affecting factors were investigated by static experiment. When the mass concentrations of Ca^2+ and SO4^2- are 7 067 mg/L and 7 000 mg/L respectively,the dosage of YSW-21 is 8 mg/L, its CaSO4-inhibiting efficiency is 91%. When the temperature is 25℃ and the dosage of YSW-21 is only 4 mg/L,the scale-inhibiting effect of YSW-21 can keep over 102 h. When the mass concentration of Ca^2+ is 7 500 mg/L, the CaSO4-inhibiting performance of YSW-21 is better than that of Dahu 135 ,which is an import scale inhibitor in common use.
