摘要
目的观察参乌冠心冲剂治疗难治性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将72例患者随机分为治疗组(42例)和对照组(30例),均给于西医常规治疗,治疗组加服参乌冠心冲剂,疗程均为1个月;观察两组临床疗效及治疗前后症状积分、左心室功能变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率为95.23%,优于对照组的74.14%(P<0.05);两组治疗后症状积分均明显降低(P<0.05),组间比较,P<0.05;治疗组治疗后左心室功能各项指标均有改善,与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论参乌冠心冲剂对难治性心力衰竭有较好的临床疗效。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of ＂Shenwu Guanxin Granule＂ in treating refractory heart failure. Method Seventy-two subjects were randomized into two groups： treatment group in which 42 cases were treated by routine western medicine and ＂Shenwu Guanxin Granule＂ and control group in which 30 cases were treated by routine western medicine, with a course of 30 days; the clinical effect, symptom score and left ventricular function were observed in two groups. Results The total effective rate was 95.23% in treatment group and 74.14% in control group, P〈0.05; after treatment, the symptom scores decreased in two groups （P〈 0.05）, and with a significant difference between two groups （P〈 0.05）; the left ventricular function improved better in treatment group than in control group（P〈 0.05,P〈 0.01）. Conclusion This granule is effective for refractory heart failure.
