摘要
目的:探讨痔舒息洗剂止血、止痒和抗肛周溃疡的作用。方法:将实验动物随机分成4组(正常对照组、马应龙麝香痔疮膏组、痔舒息洗剂高剂量组和低剂量组),采用小鼠断尾法测定各组止血时间;通过磷酸组胺致痒实验测定各组豚鼠的致痒阈;采用醋酸致大鼠肛周溃疡法,评定溃疡程度。结果:与正常对照组比较,痔舒息洗剂能缩短小鼠尾部出血时间,提高豚鼠致痒阈,对醋酸所致大鼠肛周溃疡有一定治疗作用。结论:痔舒息洗剂具有良好的止血、止痒和抗肛周溃疡功效。
OBJECTIVE： To study the hemostatic, antipruritic, and anti - crissal ulcer effects of Zhishuxi lotion. METHODS： The experimental animals were randomized into four groups （normal control group, Mayinglong- branded musk hemorrhoid ointment, Zhishuxi lotion high dose group and low- dose group） .The time needed to stop bleeding in all groups were tested by cutting mouse tail; the itch-threshold in each group of guinea pigs was determined by inducing itch with histamine phosphate; and the ulceration was observed by causing crissal ulceration in mice with acetic acid. RESULTS： Zhishuxi lotion could shorten the bleeding time, increase the itch threshold in guinea pig, and had some curative effect on acetic acid - induced crissal ulcer in mouse, as compared with the control group. CONCLUSION： Zhishuxi lotion has remarkable effects of hemostasis, itch relief and anti- crissal ulceration.
