摘要
运用偏离——份额分析法分析了河南第三产业的结构和行业竞争力，得出各行业竞争力普遍很低的结论。
The method of Shift-Share-Analysis is applied to Henan＇s industrial structure and competitive power, The conclusion is that most trades are low in competive power.
