摘要
目的探讨抗凝血酶活性(AT：A)检测在诊断弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)中的意义。方法应用发色底物法在 CA-7000全自动血凝分析系统上检测30例正常人及46例患者抗凝血酶活性,同时检测其他 DIC 相关指标,并进行统计学比较。结果 DIC 组 AT 活性为66.26±19.29%,较正常组 115.30±20.43%显著降低(P＜0.001),并且 DIC 组阳性率为93.48%,其阳性率均高于其他几项 DIC 相关指标。结论 AT：A 是诊断 DIC 的一项敏感指标,相对于凝血酶原时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、纤维蛋白原具有更高的敏感性,同时对 DIC 治疗的监测有较高的参考价值。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic significance of detection of antithrombin activity in DIC. Methods The chromogenic substrate method was used in examination the AT activity of 30 normal persons and 46 patients, all of these sample were measured on the full-automatic blood coagulation analyticl system some other DIC relevant indexes were measured at the same time,then the resuluts do some statistics analysis. Results AT：A of DIC group notably reduced than normal group（P 〈 0. 001 ） ,and the abnormality rate in DIC group is 93.48%. Its positive rate is higher than some other DIC relevant indexes. Conclusion AT： A is one of the sensitive indexs to diagnose DIC, it has higher sensitivenesses than other indexs such as PT, aPTT and Fbg. It has higher reference value in monitoring DIC treatment.
