摘要
目的通过引入绩效管理制度,解决我院急诊科护士在队伍建设、自身发展、工作推进方面的问题。
方法在提高绩效管理制度认识的基础上.完善组织机构,细化分解工作目标任务并设定分值加以考核。
结果通过绩效管理体系的分值设计与引导.全科护士增强了质量意识和责任意识.形成了比学赶帮超的工作和学习氛围,使急诊工作得到全面推进,取得了良好的经济和社会效益。
结论绩效管理的实施对护士队伍建设和业务工作的开展起到了良好的促进作用,有必要进一步加强该项工作。
Aim By introducing the performance management, we are to resolve lots of problems in nursing faculty construction, nursing development, wording promotion in the emergency department of our hospital.
Methods On the basis of promoting the performance management, organizations were to be made perfect, labors were broken into pieces, which were evaluated accordingly.
Results In our department, all nurses increased the awareness of quality and responsibility, and an atmosphere was established in which nurses enjoy studying and are ready to help each other. Though the performance management, emergency department made great progress and gained good economical and social profits.
Conclusion The application of performance management improves the nursing faculty construction and their professional work. It is necessary to promote performance management.
