摘要
从建立科学规范的规章制度和完善的工作程序,规范管理、提高工作效率,以人为本、加强队伍建设等三个方面,论述了提高高校校长办公室工作质量和效率的意义、途径和方法。
This paper discusses the significance, ways and means of upholding the quality and efficiency of Principal office work in colleges and universities in terms of the following aspects: the establishment of scientific and normal regulations and sound working procedures, normalization of management and improvement of working efficiency, human-first mentality and development of talents.
