摘要 叙述了低合金高强度钢在中国钢铁工业继续发展中的作用,介绍了国外低合金高强度钢在产品、合金化和工艺设计方面的发展。 The role of HSLA steels in the future development of Chinese steel industry is described. Several papers of the 5th international conference on HSLA steels were selected to indroduce the development of product, alloying and prosessing design of HSLA steels abroad.
