摘要
柴胡皂苷酶解产物经硅胶柱梯度洗脱分离纯化,得到2种单体皂苷(洗脱剂为氯仿和甲醇)。经薄层层析检测,纯化的单体柴胡皂苷酶解产物Ⅰ结构推测为水解掉2个糖基的皂苷元,产物Ⅱ结构推测为水解掉1个糖基的皂苷,产物Ⅰ和产物Ⅱ得率分别为样品的20.25%、4.25%,用高效液相色谱法检测其纯度达90%以上。产物Ⅰ、Ⅱ的结构和性质有待进一步研究。
The saikosaponin produced from enzyme reaction were separated and purified by silica gel column with gradient elution of the solvent of chloroform and methanol. Two kinds of product were obtained. By TLC method, the structures of the purified product Ⅰ and Ⅱare supposed to be aglycone and saikosaponin with two and one sugar, respectively. The yields of product Ⅰ and Ⅱare 20.25%and 4.25% of the samples, respectively. The purity of these products is over 90% identified by HPLC. The structures and characteristics of these products need further study.
