分析中海石油化学有限公司二期化肥装置的事故供电系统试车前存在的问题,提出相关改造意见,改造改进方案实施后,获得良好运行效果。
Presents the problems existed in the failure power system of CNOOC second stage chemical fertilizer plant before its commissioning, and proposes relative revamping suggestions. Good operating results are achieved after the execution of the revamp and modification schedule.
