摘要
大量的民营企业成为浙江高职学生扩大就业的主渠道，“小企业解决大就业”成为浙江特有的一种现象。浙江民营企业对高职人才的需求取向表明，高职院校应以就业为导向，以技能培养为中心，建立融入职业资格证书要求的教学体系，探索“多证多能”的教学模式，着力培养素质型、技能型、复合型与国际型的人才。
Many nongovernmental corporations have become main channels of extending employment of students in higher vocational school in Zhejiang, and ＂small corporation solve big employment problems＂ has also become a proper phenomenon in Zhejiang. The demand tropism of talents from nongovernmental corporations shows that： higher vocational school should be employment-oriented and skill-centered, establishing teaching system which accord with the requirement of professional qualification certificate, exploring teaching model of ＂various certificates as well as various abilities＂ to cultivate quality-oriented, skill-oriented, composite and international talents.
