民营企业触动高职人才培养模式这根神经——以浙江省为例 被引量:4

Nongovernmental Corporation Influencing Talents Cultivation Model in Higher Vocational Education——Taking Zhejiang Province as the Example

摘要 大量的民营企业成为浙江高职学生扩大就业的主渠道,“小企业解决大就业”成为浙江特有的一种现象。浙江民营企业对高职人才的需求取向表明,高职院校应以就业为导向,以技能培养为中心,建立融入职业资格证书要求的教学体系,探索“多证多能”的教学模式,着力培养素质型、技能型、复合型与国际型的人才。 Many nongovernmental corporations have become main channels of extending employment of students in higher vocational school in Zhejiang, and "small corporation solve big employment problems" has also become a proper phenomenon in Zhejiang. The demand tropism of talents from nongovernmental corporations shows that: higher vocational school should be employment-oriented and skill-centered, establishing teaching system which accord with the requirement of professional qualification certificate, exploring teaching model of "various certificates as well as various abilities" to cultivate quality-oriented, skill-oriented, composite and international talents.
