摘要
应用计算机规划求解方法研究热机碎岩胎体材料配方.在求解过程中,对胎体材料的耐磨性、弹性模量、线膨胀系数以及熔点等4项力学性能指标进行了最优化规划设计,并且严格遵循各组分材料的配比约束条件,最终通过规划设计求得新配方.在试验阶段,将按新配方烧结的胎体材料与传统的63号配方胎体材料进行了性能对比测试.分别从胎体材料的抗弯强度、洛氏硬度和磨耗比等性能参数方面证明了新胎体材料的优越性.
Prescription of matrix in thermo-mechanical drilling is calculated through programming design in this paper. In the process of programming design, four mechanics parameters such as the wearresisting characters, elastic module, linearity expand coefficient, melting point are optimized by programming design and the dosage of each material group is followed as the restriction term. Finally, a new prescription is obtained. In the progress of function tests, bending strength, hardness and wearresisting characters are examined for the new material sintered following the new prescription. Compared with the traditional No. 63 matrix prescription, the new one is proved to be better.
