摘要
引用层次分析法理念,通过建立行业选择模型、行业选择因素判断模型,对不同行业成功因素进行匹配度分类,以此为依据建立两两比较矩阵,运算出各因素的权重。该方法尽可能消除主观因素对最终决策的影响力,把行业选择决策的过程中所要考虑的定性问题,以定量的方式解决。
With the development of township enterprises diversification, the industry selection becomes more and more important. The key point for township enterprises to develop further is how to make this decision more effective and scientific. In order to solve this problem, based on Analytic Hierarchy Process, we established the Key Factors Judgment Model and the Industry Selection Model and the key factors of different industries were divided into three sorts in the model. Then the Each-Compared Matrix was made according to three sorts and the weight of each key factor was calculated. The problem could be searched with the method in order to understand the effect of subjective factor on the decision of industry selecting. A case study showed the effectiveness of industry selection decision framework. Finally, the conclusions were as follows： the industry selection decision framework could draw the conclusion of industry selection quicker, more believable and doable.
