摘要
实现了一种新型的软开关同步Buck电路,即采用耦合电感的方法。比较了该电路和准方波(QSW)的损耗分析。通过一台开关频率为1MHz样机的效率测试,证明其适用于高频应用,也为两级电压调整模块(VoltageReg-ulatorModule,简称VRM)的前级电路提供了一种候选拓扑。
A novel ZVS Buck with coupled inductor is presented in this paper.The loss evaluation of this ZVS Buck was compared with QSW Buck.An 1 MHz laboratory prototype was built up and the measured efficiency shows that it is suitable for the high frequency application.It can be selected as a candidate topology for the first stage of the two-stage VRM (Voltage Regulator Module).
