摘要
【目的】探讨老年急性髓细胞性白血病的有效治疗方案。【方法】个体化中、小剂量联合化疗方案治疗老年急性髓细胞性白血病34例,总结其有效率及生存时间,并与国外相关资料进行比较。【结果】本院个体化中、小剂量联合化疗方案的有效率为70.4%,低于国外报道的79.0%,而平均生存期为228 d,高于国外报道的180 d。【结论】老年急性髓细胞性白血病的治疗需比较具体的个体化综合治疗方案。
[Objective]To explore of the efficient treating method for acute myeloid leukemia in the elderly. [Methods]Middle doses combined with low doses chemotherapy were individualizedly used to treat acute myeloid leukemia in the 34 elderly cases. Efficiency and time of survival were compared with foreign reports. [Results]The efficient rate of middle dose combined with low dose chemotherapy was 70. 4%,lower than foreign reports,the average survival time was 228 days, higher than foreign reports. [Conclusion]The combined and individualized chemotherapy for the acute myeloid leukemia in the elderly could be an ideal choice.
