摘要
【目的】探讨糖尿病患者外周血中CD4、CD8、CD3、CD16+56和血清中微量元素Zn、Cr的测定及意义。【方法】应用流式细胞术检测CD4、CD8、CD3、CD16+56,用原子吸收光谱法测定了Zn、Cr含量。【结果】糖尿病患者CD4、CD3、CD16+56、Zn、Cr水平显著地低于对照组(P<0.01),而CD8水平则显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。【结论】糖尿病患者免疫功能指标(CD4、CD3、CD8、CD16+56)和Zn、Cr含量水平在糖尿病患者病情观察、诊断治疗中可能起着一定的作用。
[Objective]To detect and compare the level of T-lymphocyte subset in peripheral blood and Zn, Cr in serum of patients with diabetes and in normal controls. [ Methods]CD4 ,CD8 ,CD3 ,CD56＋16 cell concentrations were measured in peripheral blood lymphocyte from patients with diabetes and normal groups by flow cytometry. Zn,Cr were measured by spectrometry. [Results]CD4, CD3, CD56＋16 , CD4 / CD8 , Zn, Cr concentrations in patients with diabetes were lower than those of normal controls（ P 〈0. 01） .but CD8 was highter than those of normal controls（ P 〈0. 01）. [Coclusion]The detection of lymphocyte subset and trace elements may play an important role in diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of the patients with diabetes.
