摘要
合成了三-(6-甲基-2-吡啶甲基)胺(TLA)的叠氮桥联双核锰(II)、镍(II)配合物,对两种金属配合物模拟甲基单加氧酶催化苯乙烯环氧化反应的性能进行了研究,并讨论了温度、催化剂浓度等反应条件对催化作用的影响,分析了分子结构与催化活性的关系.通过对EPR光谱和UV-v is光谱的研究,得到了高价金属氧酰(M=O)活性中间物的信息,提出了反应机理.应用比色法考察了两种配合物对羟基自由基的清除作用.
The dimmers manganese (Ⅱ) and nickel (Ⅱ) complexes of tris (6-methyl-2- pyridylmethyl)amine (TLA) bridging linked by azide anion have been synthesized. The catalysis epoxidation of styrene by the title complexes as a methane monooxygenase (MMO) model have been studied. The effect of reaction condition, such as temperature and the concentration of the catalysts, on the yields of epoxidation products and the relationship of molecular structures with catalysis activities have been discussed and analyzed. The signals of activated intermediate, higher valent R-M=O, have been observed from the EPR and UV-vis spectra of the reaction system, and the reaction mechanism has been proposed.
The function of eliminating OH radicals of the title complexes has been roughly studied by the colorimetric method.
