摘要
首先通过两轴伺服系统动态数学模型求取以正弦信号为输入的输出响应,然后定义此正弦曲线的运动误差,得到了误差模型,并且进行了仿真,最后就伺服系统动态特性与运动误差的关系进行了讨论。
This paper solves output that the sine is input signal through biaxial servo system's dynamic math model firstly. Secondly the motion error of sine curve is defined gained and simulated. Finally, the relation of servo system's dynamic properties and motion error is discussed.
