一个健全的保险市场离不开保险中介组织的存在和发展。近年来,我国保险中介市场得到了相应的发展,但在发展中还存在市场观念淡薄、角色定位不明、从业人员的整体素质有待提高、市场规范性不足等主要问题。为此,应从牢固树立市场观念、重视人力资源的开发和培育、加强职业道德教育、加大监管力度等方面入手。积极促进保险中介市场的规范化和专业化,使其真正发挥营销渠道功能和作用。
A sound insurance market is indispensable with the existence and development of the insurance intermediary organizations. In recent years, even though the intermediary market has seen some development, there are still lingering problems of weak market concepts, ambiguous role positioning, inadequate personnel quality and insufficient standardization of the market, etc. Therefore, we should proceed from firmly installing the market concepts, emphasizing human resources development and cultivation, strengthening professional ethics education and enhancing regulation to proaetively promote the standardization and specialization of the insurance intermediary market. Only by doing so can it play its due role as an important insurance distribution channel.
