摘要
滚动轴承出现故障时,振动信号具有明显的冲击特征。以轴承故障振动信号分析为基础,给出此信号的数学模型。采用时频分析方法对滚动轴承振动加速度信号进行处理,提出了一种基于伪Margenau-Hill分布时间特征量进行故障识别的方法。以滚动轴承外圈故障为例,通过时频谱图对故障类型进行识别,并指出故障的轻重程度。
Shock character will appear in the vibration signals of bearing when there are faults in rolling bearing. The mathematical model of fault signals is presented by analyzing fault vibration signals. A fault identification method based on the time characteristic feature with Pseudo Margenau-Hill distribution is presented. The outer ring fault of rolling bearing can be identified by means of time-frequency spectrum, and its extent is pointed out.
