摘要
氧化应激与糖尿病神经病变的发生、发展密切相关,晚期糖基化终末产物、多元醇通路和蛋白激酶C激活等途径均可增加体内氧化应激反应导致糖尿病神经病变的发生、发展。应用α-硫辛酸,维生素C、E和褪黑素等抗氧化治疗将为糖尿病神经病变的防治提供新的思路。
Increased oxidative stress probably plays a major role in the development of diabetic neuropathy (DN). The pathways of advanced glycation endoproducts, polyalcohol, protein kinase C activation increase oxidative stress and induce the development of DN. This review will also focus on antioxidant therapies for DN, such as α- lipoic acid, vitamin C, E and melatonin.
