摘要
目的建立高效液相色谱法测定复方氨基比林注射液中氨基比林和安替比林的含量。方法采用vp-ODS（150mm×4．6mm，5μm）色谱柱，流动相为0．05mol／L枸椽酸-乙腈（79：21），流速1．0ml／min，检测波长260nm，以外标法定量。结果氨基比林线性范围为20-140μg/ml，1=0．9995，回收率为99．8％：安替比林线性范围为8-56μg/ml，γ=0．9998，回收率为100．2％。结论此方法操作简便，方法准确，快捷，可用于质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for the content determination of amidopyrinum and antipyrinum in Injection Amidipyrini Composita. Methods HPLC analysis was conducted by using up - ODS column （ 150 mm×4.6 mm,5 um）, a mixture of 0.05 mol/L citric acid - cetonitrile （71：29,WV） was served as mobile phase, flow - rate was 1.0 μl/min ,the detecting wave length was 260 nm,the external standard method was used for quantization. Results The linear range of amidopyrinum was 20 - 140μg/mL, r =0.9995, the recovery was 99.8 %. The linear range of antipyrinum was 8 - 56μg/mL, r =0.9998, the ecovery was 100.2%. Conclusion The method is convenient, rapid, accurate, and suitable for the quality control of the compound.
