摘要
落实科学发展观,推进武汉循环经济发展,是实施可持续发展战略的具体体现。循环经济是一种新型的经济形态,强调最有效地利用资源和保护环境,以“减量化、再使用、再循环”的3R原则作为经济活动的行为准则。循环经济是武汉市实施可持续发展的重要选择,也是实现武汉市可持续发展的重要途径,推进武汉市循环经济发展的对策思路。
Implementing the view of scientific development and promoting the development of recycling economics is the concrete expression of sustainable development. As a new economic pattern, recycling economy emphasizes on the effective use of resource and protection of environment according to the behavior rules of ＂reduction, reuse and recycle＂. Recycle economy is an important choice and approach for Wuhan to implement the sustainable development. The countermeasures of development of recycle economy are put forward.
