摘要
目的:了解护理级别医嘱下达情况,完善分级护理。方法:对住院患者进行5次现况调查,对存档病历随机抽样135份进行回顾性调查。结果:一级护理符合率27.8%,二级护理符合率36.2%;从入院到出院一直是一级护理者52例,占38.5%,一直是二级护理者54例,占40.0%。结论:部分临床医生对护理级别评定不准确,亟待解决完善。
Objective： To investigate the status of medical order of nursing degree in order to promote grading nursing. Methods： Inpatients have been investigated for five times and 135 medical records of discharged patients have been studied. Results： The coincidence of first degree nursing was 27.8%, and that of second degree was 36.2%;52（38.5%）patients received fast degree nursing faxan to discharge; and 54（40.0%）received second degree nursing druing the whole hospitalizhing period. Conclusion： The assessment of nursing degree for clinical doctors is a problem that should be resolved quickly.
