摘要 [目的]评估HRCT在尘肺诊断中的价值。[方法]对照分析18例尘肺高仟伏(HkV)胸片和高分辨率CT(HRCT) 检查所见。[结果]HkV胸片在小阴影形态判定方面有2例得到校准;在密集度判定方面有4例得到校准。其中2例为HkV胸片上小阴影浅淡,另2例为细支气管炎重叠而增加了密度;在小阴影分布范围的判定方面,HkV胸片与HRCT的判定结果基本一致。[结论]HRCT对胸部淋巴结,胸膜病变,肺气肿等诊断能提供更多的,准确的。有价值的信息。 [ Objective ] To analyze the findings of the examination of 18 patients with pneumoconiosis by high-resolution computed tomography (HRCT) to evaluate its value in diagnosis of pneumoeoniosis. [ Methods ] The results of the high kV chest radiographs from 18 patients with pneumoeoniosis were compared with those of HRCT from the corresponding patients. [ Results ] Among 18 eases of pneumoeoniosis, 2 eases with small opacities judged based on morphology on the kV radiographs were corrected , and they are both mixed type of small opacities; 4 eases were corrected in judging the density of opacities, 2 eases of them were with light density of small opacities, other 2 eases were with condensed density due to superposition of the shadows of bronehiolitis; Augment of chest lymphatic nodules, emphysema, and some complications of pneumoeoniosis may be detected more accurately. [ Conclusion ] The results of examination with combined application of high kV chest radiography with HRCT may provide more valuable information for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of pneumoconiosis.
