摘要
本文详细阐述了倒立摆数字化控制系统设计方案以及相应的硬件设计与软件开发.硬件电路包括倒立摆位置和角度信号的变送及电机驱动电路的重新设计,软件部分用VC++6.0来实现对数据采集卡的初始化编程以及做出相应的操作界面和控制策略.该方案经过实验验证,证实其控制的稳定性与准确性获得明显提高,使倒立摆的控制获得了更好的效果.
The digital control system, corresponding hardware design and software empoldering of inverted pendulum are expatiated in this paper. The hardware circuit comprises inverted pendulum's position and angle signal transmission and the redesign of dc motor driver circuit. And in the software portion, VC + + 6.0 is used to actualize the initial program setting of data acquisition card and create relevant operation windows and control method. The experiment of this project proves that stability and veracity of inverted pendulum are improving obviously by using this kind of control method.
