摘要
本文以生丝的断头经丝为研究对象,对其拉伸特性进行了测试和分析。测试表明,断头经丝的拉伸机械性能指标明显低于正常经丝,即经丝上存在着薄弱段,而断头处即为薄弱段上的最薄弱点。本文利用次屈服点理论,对织造中结子断头的成因进行了分析研究。研究结果表明,生丝拉伸机械性能指标的变异系数对生丝的可织性有着极其重要的影响,应予以足够的重视。
The tensile property of the broken raw-silk warp is tested It shows that the property inelex of the broken warp tensile is obviously less than that of the normal one. It is indicated that the warp have a weak zone, whose tensile property is worse and there is a weakest point in the weak zone. The knot end breaking during weaving is analysed with the secondary yield point, The conclusion is achiered that the coefficient of variation of the raw-silk mechanical property index may seriously effect it's weaving property.
