摘要
目的旨在探讨玉金方片剂的临床应用范围及其作用机制。方法采用多个中心临床研究方法,将入选病人随机分为治疗组303例,服用玉金方片剂2片/次,3次/d;对照组118例,服用龟龄集胶囊2粒/次,1次/d,两个月为一个疗程。对比观察两组患者临床症状体征变化,以及肝肾功能、血脂、血糖水平、C反应蛋白(CRP)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)等检测指标。结果治疗结束后,治疗组患者冠心病及衰老的临床症状消失或明显改善,总胆固醇和甘油三酯水平降低,SOD值回升,与对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0．05或P<0．01)。结论玉金方药物能明显改善冠心病的临床症状,降低血脂,增强机体免疫功能,延缓衰老。
Objective To explore the mechanism of yujinfang and observe the clinical curative effect. Methods Using muhicentre study method, the patients enrolled were randonrlizcd into treatment group and control . 303 patients treated by yujinfang 2 grains for one time and three times a day; 118 control group treated by guilingi 2 grains for one time and one time a day for two months when they received the same treatment as the control group ,The efficacy and safety were evaluated with clinical biochemical parameters, including liver function , kidney function , bhyod fat, blood sugar, CRP, SOD and so on. Results After two mouths treatment, the clinical symptoms of coronary heart dlease and old - age and the level of SOD in treatment group were improved, the level of blood fat and blood sugar reduced. There was singnificant diference between two groups （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01 ） .Conclusion Yujinfang has sound improvement of clinical symptoms in coronary heart diease patients and antiaging effect. The result also showed that it could enhance immume fimction.
