摘要
还少丹能使氢可造型小鼠游泳时间明显延长，能使利血平造型小鼠体温明显升高，具有补肾健脾之功。并能增强小鼠学习记忆功能及增加小鼠戊巴比妥钠阈下催眠剂量的睡眠动物数，具有益智安神的作用。还少丹能降低高脂血症大鼠血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯，降低全血比粘度、血浆比枯度。
The pharmacological experiments showed that Huanshaodan grantile could prolong swimming time of a mouse with Yang-deficiency induced by hydrocorti sone,increase body tem-perature of a mouse with spleen-deficiency induced by reserpine,improve mouse memorv distur-bance increase the number of sleeping micetreated with pentobarbital at a sub-threhold dose of sleeping,reduce serum total- cholesterol and trigluceride,and decrease sDecific viscosity of whole blood and plasrna.
