质粒介导的喹喏酮类药物耐药性研究 被引量:2

摘要 本文综述了质粒介导的喹诺酮类药物耐药菌的分子流行病学;质粒携带的qnr基因及其介导的喹喏酮类药物耐药机制;qnr基因表达对喹喏酮类药物活性的影响;qnr基因的表达不仅可单独引起细菌对喹喏酮类药物的耐药,还可明显增加其它耐药机制的作用,使细菌呈现多药耐药性。
