摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的治疗效果。方法回顾分析18例腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床资料。结果18例手术均获成功,手术时间平均为26￣285min,平均104min;术后住院时间3￣6d,无1例发生并发症。结论腹腔镜下子宫肌瘤剔除术,是一种创伤小、又保留器官的手术方法。
[Objective] To discuss the efficacy of treatment of hysteromyoma picking under celioscope. [Methods] Review and analyze the clinical data of 18 cases hysteromyoma picking under celioscope. [Result] All of the 18 cases operation were successful. The operation period is from 26-285 min （104 rain average）; the hospitalizing periods is 3-6 days, and there is not any complications occurred. [Conclusion] Hysteromyoma picking under celioscope is a kind of operation method with minor trauma and organ kept.
