摘要
目的:探讨腋窝切口胸大肌后隆乳术技术要点。方法:分析96例腋窝切口胸大肌后隆乳术患者的手术设计、切口位置的选择、腔隙分离及术后处理等环节的技术要点。结果:90例患者获得满意效果。2例乳房假体上移,1例形态欠佳,3例出现一侧乳房Ⅲ度包膜挛缩。结论:掌握腋窝切口胸大肌后隆乳术技术要点可取得满意的手术效果。
Objective To study technical keypoints of subpectoral breast augmentation with axillary incision. Methods Key technique of surgical design, incision site, pocket dessection and postoperative management in 96 cases who were placed implants subpectorally with axillary incision were analyzed retrospectively. Results Satisfactory results were achieved in 90 of 96 cases.In 2 cases,the implants were malposition. One case appeared poor shape.In 3 cases,capsular contracture were presented unilaterally. Conclusion Good results could be attained by mastering the keypoints of subpectoral breast augmentation with axillary incision.
