摘要
在自然温度下进行鳄龟人工繁殖研究,放养2~3冬龄的鳄龟126只,平均体重3.8kg,雌雄比2:1,约3m^2放养1只,种植风眼莲调节水质,投喂鱼、禽畜内脏和配合饲料等进行强化培育,塘边设置产卵沙池,鳄龟交配、产卵顺利。2003年初次产卵,产卵率41.7%,2004年产卵率94.0%,共产卵2691枚,受精2172枚,受精率80.7%。采取室内恒温孵化,保持温度28~32℃、空气相对湿度85%~90%,用粒径0.6~1.0mm、含水量为3%~5%的细沙作孵化介质,人工孵化稚龟1829只,孵化率84.2%。
The artificial propagation of snapping turtles (Chelydra serpentina) was conducted under natural temperature. Total 126 parent turtles were used for propagation test ,which winters age was 2-3 years. The average body weight was 3.8kg, and the female and male ratio was 2 : 1, and the breeding density was 3 m^2/individual approximately. Water hyacinth was planted to regulate water quality. Mixed feed and internal organs of fish and poultry were used for promoting individual growth and development. Small sand pools were constructed nearby the parent turtle ponds as spawning spots, and the parent turtles were copulated and spawned successfully. The first spawn was in 2003 and spawning rate was up to 41.7%0, the second was up to 94. 0% in 2004; the total of spawned eggs was 2691, the fertilized eggs was 2172, and the fertilization rate was 80. 7%. The hatching conditions in the room were constant temperature between 28- 32 ℃ and relative air humidity 85 % -90 %. The hatching medium was fine sand with particle size 0.6-1.0mm and water content 3%-5%. The total of young turtles was 1829 and hatching rate was up to 84.2 %.
