摘要
目的评价CT对颅内肿瘤疾病的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析了15例经手术病理证实的颅内肿瘤的CT影像资料,包括星形细胞瘤1例、颅底脑膜瘤2例、海绵状血管瘤2例、鞍区肿瘤2例、转移瘤1例、松果体细胞瘤2例、小脑畸胎瘤1例、听神经瘤4例。结果边缘规整12例,不规整3例。密度从高到低依次为钙化、新鲜出血、血管组织囊液、液化坏死和脂肪。结论CT检查在颅内肿瘤的定位诊断及定性诊断有明显的优越性,可对良、恶性肿瘤作出定性诊断,在显示肿瘤的大小、位置,以及与颅内脑组织的关系上有较高的诊断价值,可作为普通放射线及脑电图的重要补充手段。
Objective To assess the diagnostic value of CT for intracranial tumor. Methods The CT materials of 15 cases of intracranial tumor that obtained pathology diagnosis were analyzed retrospectively. Results There were 12 cases with regular margin and 3 cases with irregular margin. The density from high to low was calcified, hemorrhage, cyst with fluid, necrosis and fat. Conclusion The CT detection might have obviously advantages in location and quality of intracranial tumor with relative quality diagnosis of benign and malignant. There might be great value on the size, location, relation around the tissue of the tumor as the important supplementary method of ECG and others.
