摘要
介绍了我国首次自主研制并投入工业运行的第一套高压并联式混合型10kV电网高次谐波有源滤波装置的主要特点和设计方案。以厦工业运行的效果。该装置是一种并联式有源滤波和无源滤波相结合的混合型成套装置。文中详细介绍了该装置的大容量有源滤波器的主回路设计、功率开关器件的选用、谐波电流检测厦补偿信号控制的数字模拟混合技术、滤波装置的并联运行仿真厦实际工业运行效果等方面。谊装置的鉴定测量结果为:实测补偿容量迭508.1kVA以上,超过设计值480kVA;空投损耗为额定补偿容量的O.12%:动态响应时间小于0.3ms投运后的母线电压畸变率为1,3%-1.5%,比原来的电压波形总畸变率下降1.5%;功率因数从0.75上升到0.93以上。
The major characteristics, design scheme and the effect of industrial operation for HV parallel hybrid and higher harmonic active filter in 10 kV power network were introduced, which was the first time to research/develop and put into operation autonomously in China. The installation is a kind of parallel and hybrid with active and passive filter. The main loop design, selection of power switch device, digital and analog technology of harmonic current detection and compensation signal control, the effect of parallel operation simulation and actual industrial operation for high capacity active filter were introduced in detail.
