摘要
长期以来,图书馆的服务工作只停留在简单的借还图书层面上,缺乏有深度的读者服务工作理念。在网络化时代,图书馆的建设和发展,需要全面更新传统观念,改变“以馆藏图书和馆员为中心”的观念,重塑图书馆读者服务形象。树立以读者为中心的全新服务观念,在服务理念上以人为本,体现人文精神,以方便读者为基础来倡导服务,保证读者权利的实现。
For a long time, library service work lacks of service idea for readers just keeping on borrowing and returning books. Now, in Network time, the concept of library construction and development needs comprehensively to renew, change the collection books and the librarian as the center, remould the service image. To guarantee the reader' s right, the new service concept , of which takes humanist and facilitate readers as the center, should be established.
